Due to high demand as a result of COVID-19, there may be a delay with our courier service of up to 3 additional days. Please check your order notifications for up to date information, or contact us if you have any concerns or queries.

Deliveries within Australia - Ready-made shop items

The Definite Article strives to keep postage costs to a minimum. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the volume of your order. You can choose from standard delivery or express if you just can’t wait.

Estimated Australia-wide delivery times:
~ Capital Cities and Metropolitan areas 2 - 4 business days
~ Regional area 3 – 6 business days

Where possible, purchases completed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.

We update our website with stock availability daily, however in the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated time of availability. Alternatively we are happy to offer you a full refund on the purchase or an exchange.

International Deliveries

The Definite Article ships to most of the world. Cost of shipping will be determined by your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to taxes and duties upon arrival in your country that are not covered by our delivery charges. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates.

Deliveries for Custom Made Items

Custom orders are dispatched on a case by case basis. You will be contacted with the expected dispatch date when you make your custom purchase.
